Minimal by design

FrontBench is built to collect as little personal data as possible. We do not require accounts and never ask for your name, email, or profile details to vote.

What we process

When you vote we derive a one-way technical identifier (a salted hash of network and browser metadata) solely to prevent rapid duplicate voting. We do not store your raw IP address.

15-minute retention

The technical identifier and the public vote ID are kept for at most 15 minutes. After that they are permanently erased and cannot be recovered — even by the operators. Only the anonymous like/dislike count remains.

Local storage

Your browser may store your theme, language, and your most recent vote ID locally so the interface can highlight it. This data stays on your device.

No third-party tracking

We do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement.
