Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same business day. Standard delivery is 2 business days within the continental US, 3–5 days to AK/HI, and 5–8 days internationally. In-stock finishes ship immediately; limited and pre-order finishes show their estimated ship date at checkout.
You have 30 days from delivery to return the Aeon Pro for a full refund, no questions asked. We include a prepaid return label in every box. Opened products are welcome — we sanitize and refurbish every returned unit.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, battery degradation below 80% capacity, and driver failure. It does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, or loss. Warranty service includes free two-way shipping and a loaner unit while yours is being repaired.
Yes. The cushions attach with a magnetic twist-lock and can be swapped in under 30 seconds with no tools. Replacement cushions are available in every finish for $49 per pair.
Yes. The included 3.5mm cable and airline adapter let you use the Aeon Pro passively with any in-flight entertainment system. ANC continues to work in wired mode as long as the battery has charge.
Aeon Pro supports SBC, AAC, aptX Adaptive, aptX Lossless, and LDAC. For the highest quality, pair with an LDAC-capable Android device or use the included USB-C cable for bit-perfect wired playback.
