When will my order ship?

In-stock finishes ship from our Rotterdam facility within 1–2 business days. Low-stock or made-to-order finishes take 3–5 business days before dispatch. Engraving adds one day.

What's covered under warranty?

Every Aether One includes a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with no-fee battery replacement during years one and two.

What's your return policy?

Listen for 45 nights. If they're not for you, return them in any condition for a full refund — we cover return shipping in North America and the EU.

Can I use them wired?

Yes. Aether One includes a 3.5 mm studio cable and supports lossless 24-bit/96 kHz playback over USB-C with no batteries required.

Are replacement parts available?

Ear cushions, headband pads, and cables are user-replaceable and available individually for ten years from launch.

Do they work with my phone?

Aether One pairs with any Bluetooth 4.0+ device. The Auralite Studio app is available for iOS 15+, Android 10+, and macOS 12+.
